For a listing of Statewide, County and Local issues on the ballot, you must go to the Secretary Of State's website.  We have provided this link below.  Once  you are redirected to this site, go to the left side of the screen and click on "Voters " then to the "About This Election".  This will list all issues that will be on the ballot whether statewide or local.  Local issues are listed by county.

Once you are at the Secretary of State's website, you will find information pertaining to many issues regarding the voting process as well.  This is very informative to the citizens of the State of Ohio.
