I have been a Doylestown resident since 1980 and I am also a graduate of Chippewa High School.
I began my career with the village as a part time employee in the Police Department as the Police/Mayor's Court Clerk in 1992. I became full time in that same capacity in 1993. In 2013 I celebrated my 20 year anniversary with the village.
My duties as the police/Mayor’s Court Clerk include, process all Officers’ paperwork, submit monthly Mayor’s statement, quarterly Supreme Court report, file all Adult and Juvenile reports, electronically send reports to BMV and manage the rentals of the Gene Daniel Community Center.
My husband Mike and I operate the Laundromat in town and recently opened a new Laundromat in Creston.
Originally from West Virginia, I feel lucky that I ended up in the Village of Doylestown where I have always felt like part of the community.
