1. I am a new resident. How do I sign up for water service?

Please come to the Water Department at Village Hall with a current valid ID. You must complete our meter contract in person.

2. I am moving out of the Village. How do I stop my water service?

Call the Water Department at 330-658-2181 ext. 1140 and they will schedule a final reading. You must supply us with your new address for billing purposes.

3. Can I have my monthly bill automatically withdrawn from my bank account?

Yes. This service is available and there is a nominal fee of .30 per transaction. Please stop in to the Water Department to sign up for this service. We will need a voided check as well.

4. Who do I contact for an after hours emergency?

Call the Police Dispatch at 330-658-2771 and they will contact the Water Department personnel.
