Who provides utility services to Village residents?

The Village provides water and sewer service, Ohio Edison provides electric service, and they can be reached at 1-800-633-4766. Embridge Gas provides gas service, and they can be reached at 1-800-362-7557, and telephone service is provided by Doylestown Telephone Company 330-658-2121.

Who do I contact regarding Gas and Electric Aggregation in the Village?

Our gas aggregation is through IGS and they can be reached at 1-800-280-4474. Electric aggregation is through Dynegy Energy Services East, LLC, and they can be reached at 1-888-682-2170. Village Hall employees cannot sign you up for these programs. You must contact them directly.

Are there any Notary Publics at Village Hall?

Yes. Every Clerk at Village Hall and the Police Station is a Notary. There is no charge for our services.

My neighbor keeps their trash can out all week long. Is there an ordinance regarding this?

Yes. On August 21, 2013 Council passed Ordinance 2013-18. If you would like to report a violation you must click on the "Report A Concern" tab and then go to Zoning Complaint Forms, then to trash to submit the form online or contact the Zoning Inspector at 330-658-2181 ext. 1111.
