   Please note that submission of this request does not guarantee approval or inclusion within the desired timeframe.

   Event requests must promote village-sponsored, nonprofit, or community-benefit events such as fundraisers, educational programs, or public health and safety initiatives.  Commercial or political materials are not permitted, as well as any business advertising *with the exception of a new business opening. New business information can be submitted for the TV for a one month run.

   SELECT REQUESTED LOCATIONS BELOW AND DUE DATES FOR SUBMISSION

6. To Submit an Event to the Village Website Calendar
   Website Calendar Submission

   Click on "Submit an Event" under the month tab

8. Please select all the outlets below you would like your event posted on.

   1. TV - acceptable formats are PowerPoint (wide screen 16:9); JPEG in landscape format minimum font size 24 (1 day before posting)
   2. Marquee (1 day before posting) max run time to not exceed 30 days
   3. Bill Mailer (no later than 20th of the month, to be mailed with water bills sent on the 1st)
   4. Emailer (no later than 20th of the month, email is sent in first week of the new month)
   5. Community Bulletin Boards - Memorial Park & Doylestown Coffeehouse (1 day before posting)
   6. Municipal Bulletin Board - Village Hall (1 day before posting)
   7. Social Media - Facebook (1 day before posting)
