I, the undersigned, hereby grant the Village of Doylestown (Village), its employees, officers, agents, volunteers, and assigns the right to use, reproduce, display, and publish the materials specified below in any form, including but not limited to exhibitions, printed materials, digital archives, websites, and promotional media.
I certify that I am the legal owner of the materials or have full authority to provide them to the Village. I understand that by providing these materials:
1. I release and hold harmless the Village from any and all liability, claims, or demands related to loss, damage, or misuse of the materials during their possession, use, reproduction, or display.
2. I understand that reasonable care will be taken in the handling and storage of all items, but the Village is not responsible for damage or loss due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. I acknowledge that the materials may be used without compensation and that the Village is not obligated to use or return copies or reproductions of the items.
4. I grant permission for the Village to retain digital copies for public access or archival purposes (if applicable).
5. I understand and agree that any and all rights to proceeds, revenues, royalties, or other financial benefits resulting from the resale, reproduction, or distribution of the materials—or items derived from the materials—are hereby waived and forfeited. I make no claim to any such future earnings or distributions.
